Building Trust
Ultimatly unless our clients trust us, they will not book from us. We need to establish a trust in us, the company and the product, This session explores how build trust in us as people at every stage of the process. Particularly in industries such as travel, where the product is emotive but a non-essential luxury there can be a hesitance to appear to 'salesy'. To overcome we look at closing techniques as well as ways to assume the business whist establishing trust.
We also explore the concept of communicating why- how-what rather than what-how-why and how this impacts how our client views our product and the company.
