Includes consultation beforehand
2-3 hour sessions including design and delivery
Debrief with leadership afterwards
Can be delivered in person or remotely

£500-750 (plus travel costs)

Mentoring Package

Flexible package that can include coaching, call listening, long term and short term goal setting, promotion progression or performance improvement

£100 per hour

Monthly Retainer

Can include a mixture mentoring and training or project based work such designing an induction program/ leadership program

Length and cost on a case by case basis
