Coaching Change
Heraclitus is quoted to have said 'change is the only constant'. It is as true today as it was in ancient Greece. Change, both big and small is ever present in our working life. How we deliver messages of change and understand how our teams will process this can shape other that change has a positive or negative long term effect.
This is even more evident when working with smaller or start up companies when change occurs all the time and flexibility within the team is an absolute must. This session teaches a simple but effective coaching structure that enables leaders to communicate and manage change.
