Coaching for improvement
As leaders we have to have difficult conversations with our teams, sometimes we need to address poor performance or behaviour and the way in which this is done shapes the outcome. In this session we approach these conversations with a simple but incredibly effective coaching model that allows us as leaders to ensure expectations are set while our team member has clarity and ownership of the solution.
