Motivating your team
What motivates us to get up in the morning and go to work? More than that, what motivates us as sales people to come in and thrive at work. Managing a sales team is a unique role that hinges on how well we understand our teams, this allows us to support them when decisions don't go their way and challenge them to succeed and convert at a higher rate.
Using tools which promote a deeper understanding of our teams and what motivates them allows managers to adapt their approach to get the best out of each individual.
